The Zombie Horde
Haven't decided yet on how to finish the banner bearer, either an actual banner or rags & skulls. He was painted using light greys and off-whites to make him stand out.
Fun & games with zenithal highlighting on Lady Clarissa the banshee. As she summons more zombies to join the horde. The airbrush has really is the tool of choice to do these lighting effects.

Hmmm, that's pretty nice. Lady Clarissa is looking good so far, and the standard bearer is ace. I vote for a raggedy banner, nothing more than a piece of dirty cloth that long time ago had some colour on it :)
ReplyDeleteYour banshee's new colours give her a very creepy look, augmented by the contrast between her beauty and what she's conjuring up around her. We also agree with Suber: your horde is quite beastly (half-naked bodies, skulls like helmets, shreds of clothes...), so a real banner would be a bit out of tune.
