A Skilled Trollslayer

And a Prince Amongst Elves

With so many great Aly Morrison high elves it is hard to pick favourites. But this is definitely one of my favourites and my original choice as a stand in for Brommedir at Orcs Drift. All of these early high elves have really individual designs.  Very different from the highly regimented high elves that came later. Each one could easily be an elven prince with expensive furs, bespoke armour and exotic weaponry.

  1. That's sweet. The huge amount of details everywhere makes it look great, but it's your paintjob what makes the mini stand out!

  2. Those elves are excellent...I like the different take Aly Morrison used putting them in Eastern European/Russian armour and furs. Great painting.

  3. As I said there are so many great miniatures in the early high elf ranges. Aly was clearly allowed free rein to create highly individual miniatures. Thanks for the comments.
